Midland Data Networks have been an Approved Trader with the Nottinghamshire City and County Trading Standards office under the Buy With Confidence scheme since November 2008.
This involved an audit by Trading Standards for our processes, procedures, liability insurances. Trading Standards then contacted a number of of our customers to find out all about the quality of our services. We still hold 100% customer satisfaction and our customers will recommend to others.
One other requirement of the Scheme is that all of our staff have been criminal checked using the CRB scheme, which gives you the confidence that those coming into your home or business are safe.
When we have finished work for you, we will leave behind a small questionaire with half a dozen questions on how we have performed. We would like you to take the time out and review our services on the form and post it back (free post) to Trading Standards, who then review all the comments and give us feed back every 3 months.
